Rude behaviour from JB Hi-Fi Coomera and not understanding our question.When he came to service, but we discuss about what type of plan take. So he (manager lee) thinking we ignoring him. Very bad service

To busy quoting policy and complete inability to think laterally. Maybe read the rest of the policy and try and retain customers. Not much to expect from staff just passing through.

Awesome customer service from Wayne who fixed my partners phone port and helped him select a charger. Top notch service, great place to get electronic goods.

I have never been made to feel so welcome by any retail. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and up for a chat.If you need any tech products, this is the store to go.

Very bad asked if they could match a prive that another store quoted and she made out that could not be the girl was too busy telling her workmates that its her turn for a break and just ignoref me she also quoted its ok to buy from somewhere else then im gettong a better deal at harbour town and the staff have customer service no one go to coomera better deals at harbour town and helwnsvale

Staff have always been helpful here. I get all of my Telstra products here as JB HIFI has better deals. Usually deal either Hayley who has always been very helpful even if things go a bit sideways. I will continue coming here in future.

Everyone loves jb but they r just trying to fit too much into the stores. Isles r only big enough for 1 person and so it takes ages to be able to get to the thing you want and then you gotta find a staff member. The staff here are actually great just busy. click and collect maybe be a better choice

One of the worst jobs I've ever been in, staff are unhelpful if you are looking for anything they don't know or understand they will just spin a story and walk away. If you want to buy something they will lie to make the sale.

Most useless staff ever. I returned a faulty item bought through my commercial account on the 27th March. The lady at the counter who thinks she’s above every one else interrogated me as to why I was returning despite having a commercial order from my account manager specifically saying on the document “I have created a credit order in the system for you to return this item to our Coomera store.Please present this Credit order number: 01917942 along with the original invoice.You will need to fill out the attached Customer refund form and provide a bank statement which confirms your bank account details of where the funds were initially paid from.Refund will take place within 3-5 business days once you have returned this item to the store”. So after going through a Spanish Inquisition; she proceeded the order and told me the refund should be in my bank account 2 weeks. Today after three weeks I went to the shop and surprise; the same lady comes with a story blaming the commercial team and claiming I have a credit in my commercial account instead and I can’t get my money back. She also denied to have confirmed with me I will get the money in my account. There’s a reason why the commercial team asked me to bring the bank statement so my details for the refund could be verified . This is appalling and I will never pick up any items from this shop through my commercial account. I don’t care the response jb dates to give and making excuses about everything. They will blame my commercial manager team for doing the credit instead but the email above tells a different story. Crooks!
