Please please be careful with this branch. Sells quite a lot of stuff that seems almost untested. Have received multiple things that do not work from here. They sort it out everytime, but massive hassle, lot of the stock is faulty.

Asked at 4pm to hold an item til noon the next day. They said yes, we will hold it for you for 24 hours. Drove in the next morning at 11.30am and was told they sold the item to someone else ten minutes ago, and that they operated on a first come first serve basis.Hopeless staff wasted 2 hours of my time driving here and back.

Had a click and collect order I had to pick up at the glenroy store. Absolutely ridiculous waiting times and wasn't even able to pick up the item in the end. Click and collect system needs to be reviewed. order number. As well as that depressing atmosphere.regards

Purchased a faulty item from this store. They wouldn't let me change it at another store.Arrived at 5pm they were closed already. Called at 4.55 on another occasion and they wouldn't answer the phone.Do not recommend purchasing products from here unless you test it in the store.

I've been buying stuff off Cashies webshop for over 10 years but this has to be the PS4 game in the worst condition that I've ever received. Also non responsive to other enquiries. Thank god I didn't buy any of your other listings - I'm de-favouriting them all after I write this.
