Shopfront Fitness
I was so nervous as I've not worked out really for a long time. Thought I'd give this ago as a friend goes and was saying the lady who ran the sessions was lovely. I love it! Feel so much better already and it's actually fun (never thought I'd say that!) Recommend going to see Jackie. So glad I did!

Hands down the best choice I made in 2020 was starting with Jackie at Shopfront Fitness.As a busy Mum of two little ones and also a long distance runner, I needed a new challenge but also training that could work with my schedule. I love Jackie’s consistent positive vibes, training techniques and her drive to go above and beyond to help me to achieve my goals. I look forward to walking through the doors of Shopfront Fitness and I always leave feeling amazing, I have never felt so good.I highly recommend

Shopfront Fitness
Shopfront Fitness has been a regular part of my life for 8 years now. Jackie has encouraged and challenged me through surgery recovery and injury, through ups and downs with my level of fitness and motivation. She goes above and beyond - always with a smile!
