Perhaps the second worst person we have had to deal with in our experience. Jeff wants 95% of his invoices paid upfront, then literally dissapears. We have to call him incessantly and when we get through he, comes up with a range of excuses as to why he cannot turn up and they goes on and on. He is very irresponsibile and his workmanship is shoddy. Just today we have cabinets peel on a job installed 2 weeks ago. He will blame shifts it onto a passing Sparrow if he could. Never once did he honour his word. Actually, he is the worst person we have had to deal with.
