I have thanked Patrick for his work via email and he requested to put it up on google for other to see, so here it is... Keeping things simple I did my research and received several estimates. I chose Modern Home Builders because of their honesty and quality of work reviews. Our scope of works was transparent from the beginning. He explained that they wouldn't be the cheapest bid, but we would get excellent service and high quality work. I was very particular about what I wanted in the renovation and had everything picked out at the office or samples. Patrick gave his skillful input on my selections and how to achieve an amazing updated renovation from flooring, tiles and fixtures finishes.My goal was to impress my family and friends when they stayed with us. I wanted to use high end finishing materials to give it an elegant look. We used oak engineering floors, matching the kitchen, glass splashback and the greys in the bathroom look amazing. The extension was white finish very simple, but I wanted my floors to stand out so the oak did just that with the open plan looking at the backyard is outstanding.The crew blew me away. They were very professional and resourceful. They were accommodating with our many requests and always kept us updated on the project. They were respectful of our home and never made us uncomfortable.The outcome of my renovation remodel exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled for guests to stay with us. I am excited for them to see my newly renovated home and will definitely recommend Patrick to all family and friends.

From the very beginning, Pattrick and the were extremely professional, punctual and polite. Everything was made clear before work started and quoted comprehensively. When the work started, it continued at a solid pace and with lots of communication. The end result was beautiful. Any issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.
