I visited the Chadstone store yesterday and was greeted by Alannah. She was very friendly, approachable & professional but also fun. I like that I didn't feel rushed and she wasn't pretentious like many other sales people in high end retail stores. Alannah was very personable and is a very good asset to the Tiffany & Co team. Thank-you so much for making my first Tiffany & Co purchase one to remember. I will definitely be back due to the outstanding customer service and of course for your lovely jewellery. I'm a very satisfied customer and I honestly can't recommend Alannah any higher. What a beautiful person inside & out :o)

Amazing experience and customer service at - Collins street store , Melbourne. Ask for Yumiko- she is amazing. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. Highly recommend.

I visited this store to take my necklace to repair. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Especially the one at the customer service desk, Jess, she was incredibly friendly and nice. I felt so comfortable and welcomed the whole time I was there. Great service!
