Levi and I have been a Customer for years. We knew Rose. When Natalie took over, I hoped the service and care would continue. We had 2 bad experiences with other Businesses prior to going to Glamour Dog. Anyway, Levi and I are extremely happy. Nothing has changed except a New Owner. Natalie doesn't suffer Fools lightly. She's a straight shooter and doesn't mix her words. I like this and respect her for it. If you do the right thing by her and the Business, she will do the same for you. Natalie has always rang me back and always tried to work in with me and our needs and time frames. Levi is happy and content when I pick him up. He luv's the Girls and Natalie. He talks to them with some attitude :-) I wish Natalie and the Girls all the very best and hope both Businesses thrive.

They NEVER return your call when you leave a message, so you have to keep ringing until somebody finally answers, however that’s not my main issue. I have been going there for 5 years with not a problem, and I can’t praise Jenny highly enough, but I cannot believe how unbelievably rude the new owner is. She always seems angry; talks down to you; she always rudely asks “you’re not going to shave her right down, are you?” and if I say yes (because it was warm weather still) she’ll show her disgust and shake her head. I’ve actually watched her ask the exact same thing to other people and give the same response. Her businesslike manner is disgusting!!!!! And to top it off, she’s put the prices up. The funny thing is, from the very first time I had met her, I could tell she would be a grumpy and rude cow, (and she was being nice that first time), that’s how much of a vibe she gives off. Well, she proved me right from the second visit onwards. After her last rude remarks to me, I’d had enough and have been taking my dog to another groomer, and she’s such a lovely lady.

Have taken my dog there for 4 years now and would have never thought of taking her anywhere else until this new owner came. The new owner of glamour dog is so rude as I went to make an appointment over the phone when she then asked for my last name, as I said my last name and was about to spell it out she rudely interrupted and yelled “no your last name” and as I said Yes I was giving you my last name she hung up on me. She also is very rude when i bring my dog and is not welcoming at all as the last owner or other employees. Will not be bringing my dog here again and will be telling all friends and family to also not take their dogs there.

The new owner Natalie, is very rude and nasty. You can't get an appointment for just your dog anymore, they're taken in groups and you have to wait for 2 hours. I've been taking our dog there for years and when Rose was running the place it was great. Not anymore. She doesn't even get back to you when you leave a message. Very unhappy.

Rang about 4 weeks ago and what the answering machine said leave us a message and we'll call back. No return call whatsoever. Had been bringing my dog there for years when Rose owned it. Rang 2 weeks later after ringing 4 times booked in my dog and what did they do clipped him to the skin that's not grooming it's butchering. Pure laziness with grooming the dog. There prices went up extremely high. Jenny will not be touching my dog again she's not a groomer. Very upset at what she did to my dog and it's been so cold she's cruel.

We took our 2 dogs there and were very happy with the amazing customer service of the ladies. They were friendly and very professional. They did a wonderful job with our dogs and we'll definitely be back.

Awesome service the beautiful lady's there are amazing and always do a great job with my fur baby's thanks lady's my boys come out smelling and looking amazing ☺️
