SWA's high level national and internationally recognised coaches coupled with a (family) friendly environment, as well as supportive teammates makes this gym one of the best. Would highly recommend any beginner or advanced grapplers to give it a try

Been a part of this gym from day one and can honestly say the caliber of training is that of an elite level. The atmosphere and support is that of one big family that care and protect each other. The gym is very welcoming of members of other gyms and welcome anyone that wants to improve or share their own skills. Their coaches are champions and have the support network to achieve great things!

Great atmosphere, better coaches. High level competitive jiujitsu (gi & no gi) and wrestling.Additionally, SWA has excellent kids programs making it the perfect family gym.

Great gym, with some very talented training partners who will surely go very far one day! All the instructors here whom I had an interaction with are fantastic; Ali, Lucas and Lenny helped my Wrestling and BJJ tremendously! Awesome food next door too!

This is hands down the best gym in Sydney to learn some high level Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from some of the best coaches and competitors in Australia. Also, all the members here are extremely friendly and welcoming that it feels like one big family. Would definitely recommend this gym to everyone, including kids as there are many classes from Monday - Saturday that are catered for all levels.
