Sat waiting for a morning appointment. 30 minutes and counting. I had to get up and ask the receptionist what the issue was, and at no point did I get the feeling they would make any effort to apologise or inform me as to why there was a delay. Appalling service.

After receiving two text messages asking me to contact surgery as the doctor wanted to discuss blood results, followed by a call from the surgery, I arranged for a telephone call as I had just come out of hospital. The doctor called on the arranged day and asked me how he could help??? I had to tell him he wanted to speak to me! During the conversation I was told he may refer me to the hospital as my platelets were low and there was a condition called ITP which I may have. I had to remind him that it was in my notes I had already been diagnosed as having ITP. I like my doctor but I do wish doctors would look at a patients notes before either calling them in or ringing them. Does not inspire confidence.

I've been attending this surgery for 20 years and have never had a negative experience. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are always professional and thorough. Highly recommend

We've been coming here for a long while now & have found all the staff from the Reception to Doctors & Nurses to be friendly,helpful & very polite.Whether your their for a Dr's visit an injection or anything else you'll be well looked after.If your nervous about having injections don't be as their great with them.Highly recommend.

Very welcoming staff and DrMade to feel like I was a person not a number but she didn't seem very good at referring for public health care as was not accepted despite having good reason for referral. I was not rushed and I have a lot of medical issues so really need a GP that can manage these.Decided to try one of the other GPs who came highly recommended by a friend as being very thorough for complex patients but that GP was not too happy about taking me on with my complexity so will need to start looking again which is a shame as my husband attends there and would be great to both be seen at the same clinic also need a bulk billing practice due to financial constraints.

Got our drugs test done here for our future employment. Staff were very friendly and helpful.As we are backpackers from the UK we expected some issues but it all went very smoothly and they were prepared for us.

Ours was the first appointment. Not seen for 25 minutes after appointment time otherwise very happy with the experience. Staff were very friendly and professional. Only made first comment because they stated they wanted to know how they could improve their performance.
