I bought some handwash from eco store thinking that i was supporting an ethical plant based company, only to realise that they use goat milk in a range of their products. Their social media advertising isn't truthful as it states that everything they make is plant and mineral based, which i now know to be untrue. Wont be supporting this company again.

Love Ecostore products - and the we are using them for everything in our house - cleaning, dish washer, washing powder, soap, shampoo, body butter etc - have changed everything over to Ecostore :)

Ecostore provides misleading information to customers. They claim to be plant-based and cruelty free, however they use goats milk as an ingredient. Ecostore should be fined by ACCC for false advertising.

After hearing nothing for a week after placing an online order I followed up. It took another day to hear back that one of the items was out of stock (not indicated online). The order took a few more days to ship.While the customer service person was nice in correspondence, the overall online shopping experience was very disappointing. Will not shop again.

Find new batch of Dry Hair Shampoo DILUTED. Thinner . Need to use more.. Did not think you guys would put profit before people .Will now look elsewhere.

Can I say they make really great products?I just got shampoo and body wash from these guys. I cannot stress how wonderful the rose and geranium body wash smells!!!! Omg ! Leaves my skin clean and moisturised.The shampoo works very well - removes excessive oil from my hair ! Let me wait and see for a few days

Incredible products!!! I accidently bought the dishwashing detergent and when I went back to my regular one I couldn't believe how dry and disgusting my hands felt! What a difference! Switched all our products to Ecostore and haven't looked back. I can't live without their coconut soap, it's amazing. I recommend this brand to everyone!! Love love love it!

Products are fantastic but the online shop used a really poor courier and delivery is definitely not assured. :(Dec. 2019: decided to try again and they have changed the courier. Had excellent overnight service. Thanks for listening to the feedback, ecostore!

Fantastic products but the customer service is rubbish. Two products I ordered and received confirmation of order for were out of stock. That's ok but I was not informed nor refunded automatically. I had to chase it up and have still not been refunded. You adjusted my order but didn't tell me about it and kept my money.
