The food is great and the people who work here are lovely but I just don't understand how they get my order wrong. I will not eat avocado... And when I order I state several times, please no guacamole. And of my last 5 visits, guacamole was on my nachos 4 times. I would stop going here except the nachos is amazing. PLEASE JUST STOP PUTTING GUAC ON MY NACHOS! Please!

The girls working on the night shift were so nice with my kid. Won't post details because it was basically a food hack, but they made it even better than asked. Also unlike a lot of other GyG, when you ask spicy, they really make it super spicy.

I went on Thursday 4:00pm. Shift runner girl is extremely rude. I asked for as any deals available in one sentence. And she didn’t even reply. I had to go through internet and find out my self.Never go to this store for anything

I visit here regularly and it’s pretty much the only fast food place in Sydney with consistent good friendly fast service. Nicest staff and pump out fresh food quick even during busy times. Your lovely customer service here is really appreciated given it’s really hard to come by these days!

Burrito half filled and cold wet mess.Chips barely seasoned at all, and the seasoning seems to be mixed with regular salt? Tasted much more salt than actual gyg seasoning.Small side note that no vanilla coke kinda sucks too, even in bottles.

Good food but staff dont listen to the instructions if i didnt had ny business in sevenhills I wouldn’t visit this GYG. They dont provide fork for eating quesocheesy fries. Staff can’t understand English over there. Without fork u cant eat bowl burrito and cheesy queso fries this is 4th time i am experiencing. Dont provide sauce with churros even if we say them.

This was one of the worst GYG experiences I've had. We decided to eat in and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes.for our food. It appeared that they prioritise drive-thru and app orders over dine-in. When we inquired about our order, it seemed to be at the bottom of their priority list.Unfortunately, I haven't come across any GYG locations that have left a positive impression on me.

almost every time i go they mess up my order! today i ask for two hard shell tacos and he gives me two taco shells with nothing but cheese in them. his excuse was he got it mixed up with the other car? the second i called he knew exactly what i was talking about, so he knew he was giving me a messed up order while i was there. horrible service. now i have to go back and give them details and it’s such a hassle!
