Great customer service. Fantastic help with helping me to organise a payment plan and very helpful staff guiding me through each step. My bills are amazingly low but I’m also waiting to see what they are like in the new price hike. But at this stage I’ve been with them 2-3 years and have no plan to switch elsewhere.

Similar experience to others- Nectr undercharges and then I receive a bill for 'actual' billing cycle that is significantly more expensive than I was paying before. I understand energy increases, but company was given realistic past data to form billing estimates when I switched over. Avoid.

So far so good! Have just signed up trying to connect power to a new rental. Was able to change the default method of payment (direct debit) in a few minutes via email! Mike was swift and prompt to responding and making the change so I can pay via BPAY. Have downloaded the app as well and it looks great- once power connects will be able to track spend and usage. So far very happy!

Here for a good time not a long time. Moved house and had to disconnect but Nectr were great to deal with. Carl made the disconnection so easy! I only had to send 2 messages through the online chat to get it sorted!

Bill went from $110 a month to $1600 a month! Apparently, they had underestimated my usage. This is for a 2 bed unit. Super unhelpful staff kept talking over me. There excuse is the meter was read by Endeavor Energy and they had calculated my usage off that reading. They did not offer any alternatives just took the entire amount, leaving me without money for food and other living expenses. I pointed out that they had left me without any money, but they did not care.AVOIDEDITStill saying that there is nothing they can do. Won't acknowledge emails sent today with meter reading photos. Their Care Team" won't acknowledge that taking $1600 FOR A MONTH is unreasonable

Michael’s was very responsive and helpful today. Sorted out a billing glitch for me in minutes! I like that the App is straightforward to use and that my electricity consumption is automatically 100% carbon neutral.Sure, not all of the CO2 offset claimed is from Australian projects, the offset is on total of global emissions. but they are on a trajectory to achieve that within Australia too

I had my credit card hacked whilst travelling and Mike assisted my change of payment remotely, so I didn't default on my payment. Thank you so much , Mike for helping in such a timely and helpful manner. I am able to continue travelling without the worry of my power being turned off!!

Tried to sign up ready for moving day. I had a credit ban that they emailed me about - I removed it and emailed them that I'd done so- as directed. They didn't respond to 2 emails so on moving day I called- despite my excellent credit score and the credit ban being removed they said they wouldn't proceed with my application - all well and good but at least tell me and give me some notice- now I have no power for the first two days in my new house. Customer support was vague and unhelpful. Nectr have only added to the stress of moving- I would avoid them.

I wish I had checked reviews before switching to this company. I was guaranteed lower bills and now I have received a bill triple what I normally pay. Response from team member we have been under estimating" this is correct amount! Heading back to my old provider. Avoid this company!In response to your reply. I fully understand estimate vs actual. Maybe training the sales staff to give the correct information would be a starting point for Nectr."

I signed up for their fixed rates last year and now that the contract term is coming up I'll be staying with them since they're still offering the best electricity rates around. Support have always been very helpful whenever I had to reach out about something. Keep it up!
