Customer service on parcel collection needs work. Called to confirm a parcel was being held there as per the tracking. Person answering the phone refused to check and claimed that if the tracking said it was there it would be there. Claimed parcels were held for seven days. Came in to collect said parcel (within the seven days), parcel could not be found and a different staff member confirmed it had been sent back to the courier company early. Waste of my time that could have been avoided by providing basic customer service.
