They are maintaining strong communication method which then the tenant is able to communicate any issue they are having and get their response as soon as possible. They are actively responding and take actions to each issue which require their attention. Easy to communicate and comfortable to deal with.Staff is very friendly, specially 'Taylor Chaffey' a very friendly and professional person.

Rented a property through Belouis Realty for almost two years. Throughout that time every person we spoke to was friendly, helpful and professional. We had to break lease due to moving interstate and the whole process + vacate inspection was super easy and not as stressful as I had imagined. The property manager Emma Jones is an asset to this company; super friendly and helpful.

The team at Belouis Realty are fantastic. Always prompt and clear communication and answer any questions I have. Regular inspections with lots of photo evidence is great. Having an investment property in another state was a little daunting for us but I feel completely assured that Belouis are managing the property to the highest standard. Highly recommend.

If I could 0 starts I would. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS REAL ESTATE!They won’t give your bond back and will write up invoices for ridiculous amounts to try and charge extra on top of taking all your bond.$1700 for indoor cleaning only when house was already clean is ridiculous. Read the reviews they speak for themselves a lot of people have to same problem, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere if you want a good experience

Had a house inspection today done by Penny Britain-Smith - Routine Inspector she was very professional & friendly. Her time spent inspecting our property was fast and efficiency was very impressed plus her personality was genuine & honest. Thank you

Disgraceful, I wouldn’t recommend at all. I broke a lease with belouis realty and they have spent over 3 weeks rejecting every other person that has applied for the property because of their unrealistic expectations. Because I made a complaint they failed my bond clean when the place was absolutely spotless. I cleaned every mark off the walls that were there before I moved in and the yard looked brand new. My dad is building through them and has had his build delayed for over a year loosing him a year worth of potential rental income. I emailed them multiple times about the dishwasher that didn’t work from the moment I moved in with no response. I also contacted them about 4 times to try and book in a bond clean through their company and there was no response. I was nothing but a good tenant with Thankyou messages after every inspection for keeping the house so well and this is how I’m treated. Very disappointing

Belouis Realty are compassionate and work to get the best outcome for their clients. They have managed our property professionally for some time now and with great care. Our recent interactions with Linda Price has been easy and professional. She is polite, caring and her communication methods ensure you are kept informed about everything every step of the way. If only we could give zero stars. Honestly, the most unprofessional, unreasonable agency I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.After paying 3 months up front and in advance, and leaving the house in a far better condition than it was found in (photos to prove this) it still took a lawyer to advise us, and almost 3 months to get our bond back.After moving interstate and requiring a rental for a short 3 month period I've never had the misfortune to have to deal with such an unprofessional and unreasonable business in all my life. I've owned several rentals myself, and I'd be horrified to have people like this managing my property.My advice, for what it is worth, avoid this agent AT ALL COST!!!
