Maple Salon Brimbank Shopping Centre

I got my first haircut in a few years at this place today, I was cutting my own hair prior. They did a great job and cheap haircuts ($20) I will go again next time. Friendly staff, nice quiet place for a haircut.

The price was reasonable can’t complain, I told the hairdresser 3 times please l want my fringe to left long past my eyebrows what did she do she cut it short to the point l look like when l was a kid and had a bowl style haircut from the 70s just seriously want to cry!! Also what’s with asking everyone with long hair to cut it in layers l was growing out my layers!! And she cut so much hair l just was watching it drop off!! Can’t wait till my regular hairdresser comes back from maternity leave! Last time l had a fantastic experience with the other hairdresser at Maple salon. It felt like hurry up get in and get out.

If there was a zero - that would be my rating. Can't explain how dissappointed I am with the butchered cut from this incompetent mob. I asked for a specific style which I have had many of times (from another hairdressing salon), and even showed her my photos of my previous style. Told her I wanted it parted to the side and I got NOTHING that I asked for. Was cut way too short, nowhere near a concave cut that I showed her, she shaved my neck AND it's uneven. Not to mention they had 5 ladies sitting in the seats waiting for their hair to be cut, yet only 2 hairdressers attending to them, leaving them waiting.Guess you get what you pay for, but I've learnt my mistake.I wouldn't get my hair done here again, even if they offered it to me for free !!!

Been going here for years on end. Love it and great people.So comfortable and when getting my hair cut I tend to fall asleep on how bliss it is.Very nice people and easy going too.Great quality of service and anything wrong they will repair or fix up to customers needs.Great work guys and keep it up!=D

This place has been the best so far! Jenny is so good at what she does and I never have any complaints. Love that they are outside rather than being inside the busy shopping centre. Love all the girls that work there and would truly recommend them to everyone who wants to look extra beautiful! Keep up the awesome work ladies!!!
