Top Ryde City Living

I have lived here for over two years. I like the convenience of where Top Ryde Living is located. However, there has been many phone calls to security regarding domestic's at all hours during the day and night..Very expensive for what the units are.Silly rules like not being allowed to dry clothes on clothes racks on the balconies in the sun.I have probably spoken to no more than five people/neighbours whilst living here. I have found everyone likes to keep to themselves.

Living with Standards. Approachable. Safe with Shopping Mall.

I have lived here for 4 years now and I agree with the negative comments, they are talking about the REAL situation. Security is rude and unprofessional at all, particularly the tall guy who patrol everyday. I'm shocked about his manner too, which is beyond rude. Neighbours complain each other constantly and security send messages and knock doors in the middle of the night. I hear loud noises at 2am, I do not complain, and yet security texted me saying it was from me; I watch cigarette smoke flow into my apt, I do not complain, and yet they complain me for the sound of cooking. I don't complain because I thought there should be mutual understanding between each other, it's normal sound of life for gods sake! However, security encouraged you to complain others. This is the vibe in this community. Avoiding each other and hiding, and complaining, and following silly rules.Avoid here if possible.

The people works in residential reception is extremely rude and unprofessional. I am so shocked by his manner.

Awesome place to live

I visited people who have an apartment here and it is very nice, excellent amenities and views of the city.
