Lincraft

I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews, but I went in this morning looking for more of the same material I purchased a few days ago. I was the only person in store and the staff member was very unwilling to assist me, I pretty much had to beg for assistance twice before she attended to me.

There are hardly any stores that sell craft supplies any more. Maybe the arts of knitting and crochet are falling out of fashion. I do quite a lot of crochet and I'm very grateful that Lincraft is nearby and still operating.The store can look a bit disorganised when you first walk in but it's not that hard to find what you want and I have never gone there looking for something specific and walked away disappointed. Even if they don't have your requirements on the shelf they will happily order them in for you. There are not a lot of staff so if they are off in the store filling shelves or something you might be waiting at the cash register for some time but there is a bell and I encourage you to use it.

Dropped last minute for gift card. The staff was helpful. Christmas gift card design was good with slots for writing from and to.

Amazing for shopping and very good rates, lots of wonderful items which are almost no where tobe found.

The shop is always clean and staff is lovely and helpful when not busy

Staff friendly and helpful. Low stock or out of stock for sewing things i am normally wanting. Something about the shop makes it unappealing.

Went there for the first time and OMG! So many things, pricing is great too. nothing is too expensive. Staff is friendly and helps locate things.Would recommend everyone to visit

Go to place for all art and craft needs. Located in seven hills plaza. Staff is helpful. Good deals available when there is store wide sale is going on. Picked up handmade 100% cotton mask. Quilts, bed sheets , mattress covers are available too.

I was there Boxing Day and the way the manager was talking to the other worker was DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL, but the worker was so helpful in assisting me and serving me with my fabric.
