Bowen Therapy with Grace

Grace is a terrific Bowen Therapist and a natural healer. I am 64 and had been experiencing what I call 'heavy legs', lower back pain and overall lethargy for over 12 months. After just a few visits to Grace I have regained my energy and flexibility, got rid of the pain, and have started exercising regularly again. I recommend Grace highly to anyone who wants to get their mojo back!

Grace is professional, experienced, extremely knowledgeable- explaining every detail of the therapy, often with the aid of an App showing muscles, tendons and attachment points. Grace never blames the client but is always focused on her treatment plans and is totally driven to help the client. I have seen Grace for just 2 months, but in that time my pain is reduced to such a level that I can now think about other things in my life besides pain and how I will manage to get through the day. I highly recommend treatment by Grace to anyone with any pain or mobility issues. I have had treatment from many therapists post MVA over 3 years ago and Grace is easily the best and most effective therapist I have visited.

Grace has helped my back pain issues and leg cramp issues that I have had for years. No other therapist has helped anywhere near as much as Grace. Grace even goes out of her way to fit you in out of her normal hours. A geat experience!

I was referred to Grace by a friend due to crippling lower back pain that would not resolve on its own...cut a long story short I walked out of her practice after therapy able to function again with significantly less pain and discomfort ..went back the following week and she was able to manipulate muscles and connective tissue to my femur which restored much needed flexibility in that area. Her hard work, thoroughness and knowledge of soft tissue is very impressive, highly recommended!

Grace is amazing. She takes a holistic approach of the body and works both on short term pain relief but importantly on the underlying causes and preventing pain from coming back. In just 2 sessions, I have experienced major improvement and would heartily recommend her to anyone.

Absolutely amazing Therapist. Extremely professional and looks at all your issues to get to the cause of the problem. Just 1 or 2 sessions is all you need. Grace will always be my first point of call when I have any sort of muscular/nerve pain. I can't overstate how good she is.

Grace is professional and very knowledgeable but is able to manage a friendly service. I was having trouble with my legs which affected my mobility and she was able to fix the problem. She also gave me some very simple exercises to do at home which help maintain the effectiveness of the treatment. I am so pleased with my treatment and it is not expensive relative to other health practitioners. Grace is in high demand but always manages to fit me in her schedule. I first went to see Grace for treatment nearly two years ago with a running injury. I was in incredible ongoing pain and experiencing relentless sciatica. She was the first therapist I saw who was able to make a dent in the pain, to such an extent that after a few sessions with her the pain had nearly subsided. I had a lot more work to do to recover from my injury, but without her efforts, I would not have been able to rebuild the strength to begin exercising again. I am a huge fan of Grace’s technique. She treats pain and stiffness like a puzzle to be solved and does an amazing job of finding the source of that pain and stiffness. I still go to see her whenever I feel any tightness or anything that doesn’t feel quite right and she is always so helpful. Her treatment room above Findon Swim school is a very nice space, as well. I’d recommend going to see her for anyone who is experiencing stiffness or pain, but also for anyone who would like a regular tune up- after seeing her I feel better than after any massage I’ve ever had. She is truly gifted at what she does.
