The best estate in Victoria. The team were so lovely and the shopping centre is great. We love walking along the creek with kids. Thank you Warralily. If we could give 10 stars we would!

This sales agent is completely disorganised. They took a holding deposit and failed to send through any information or contracts in relation to the lot. After losing confidence in it all I made contact to ask for my deposit to be refunded. Still waiting 2 weeks later with nothing but broken promises. Sales agent who I originally spoke to has suddenly disappeared?! Maybe I just got a bad hand and it’s a one-off? Who knows? I hope so! Pricing was also higher than the average in this particular market.Update: eventually got a refund after following up daily for several weeks and issuing a bank investigation on my card.
