What can I say. Joe is the backbone of that business. Without hesitation offered full refund on a product of theres. From car wash to car bits and pieces. Tools and brew parts. Give them a go. Always someone there that can help and have spears found Joe on the end of a phone or behind the counter at the yeppoon store. All staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience cheers big ears

My daughter in law was in the store this morning and had a genuine customer enquiry. The woman serving her was incredibly rude and dismissive. It would have taken a quick phone call to clarify her enquiry but the woman couldn't be bothered.Very unhappy with the lack of basic customer service.Having said this, the Manager was helpful and did sort out the enquiry.

Had flat battery. Staff checked it out to see if it would charge overnight. Didn't so recommended appropriate new battery. All good!! Car started first turn of starter!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been to this store twice since moving here only a few weeks ago, both times staff went above and beyond, checking stock in other stores and suggesting alternative options when the product I needed wasn't available. They also checked my cars battery and spent time thoroughly reviewing the results to attempt to identify the issue. I will not hesitate to go back whenever I need anything
