Auto King Mobile Mechanics Caloundra

How can you review a mobile mechanic who doesn't show up and claims to be calling my phone couple times. Waist of time waiting several hours next to my phone. Strangely everyone else been getting through my phone but not Auto King Mobile Mechanics. Rebbeca on the phone abruptly hanged up on me when i mentioned Im not happy after being told mechanic doesn't have time today to come over.

Rip off mob have contacted them 3 times and will not respond back,hoses were not put back on properly fuse missing which was the issue I finally found out when I went elsewhere because mechanic didn't know what he was doing, had to pay upfront, and take my car to someone else. Not happy at all you think you're funny, you's are the ones who don't get back to customers, I'll stand by my review, notice you can reply to this but not complaints. I don't ignore people like you do,you think it's okay to have mechanics who don't care about their work and you stand by them going by your reply,shame

The female receptionist, or whoever answers the phone, is very rude. She doesn't listen, interrupts, and has bad manners.After expressing my concern to the business owner, I received a response that was unprofessional and disrespectful to clients. (Below)Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against using their services. There are many other service providers along the coast who treat clients with respect and professionalism.Response from the owner 8 hours agoHey George, We have scripts to HELP muppets (people that WON'T LISTEN) get what they want. If you just stopped being a know it all we could work out if we could assist quicker, thankfully we couldn't as people that leave negative reviews for businesses they haven't used are NVER good times. I have used Auto King a few times now. Always professional and courteous, will tell you if something doesn't need doing, rather than wasting your money, and always punctual.Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

I'd pre booked a set time for a service. The mechanic went to a different job because I didn't immediately answer a confirmation phone call to confirm the pre-booked job. He was unprofessional and rude. Wow this whole experience was beyond frustrating.Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.Customer service was non existent.
