F45 Training Huskisson

Shaz and the team at F45 Husky were amazing. This was the first time that Kristy and I had ever done F45, and from the minute we walked in, they made us feel like part of the family. I am not a gym person but needed a change to build some strength and introduce some variability in my training. I went down to see Shaz and signed up for a 28 day trial. I worked at my own pace and Shaz and the team took me in and encouraged me to turn up and give it a go every time. Shaz really cares about your fitness and is really personable with each individual that goes to each session. ZIve been going now for almost 2 months and it is so much fun. The people that go there and all of the trainers are amazing. I encourage anyone who is thinking about it to give it a go.

I am loving F45 Huskisson! Such a fun, addictive workout style and environment! Shaz and all the trainers are super nice and encouraging. It’s not like your typical gym and I have never felt judged or uncomfortable. COVID has changed things a bit but it is still just as awesome and its the only place that has ever kept me motivated! ‘Sanitize and move’ is just the norm now and makes the place stay clean and safe without a doubt. I would recommend to anyone!!

F45 Huskisson is everything you want in a gym. This is the first gym I've been to that I have actually loved and continued my membership for nearly 3 years now. The staff are lovely and knowledgeable. F45 Huskisson is for all body types and fitness levels, each exercise can be altered if you are just starting out or recovering from injury. Everyday has a different workout so you never know what to expect. Sharon, the owner, is lovely and welcoming and truly cares about your goals and achievements. I highly recommend this gym!

I have been a member of F45 huskisson since day 1. Things have changed with COVID, we don’t high 5, we clean and sanitise. If you use it you clean it before you move to the next station, social distancing is maintained but the atmosphere remains. The best and cleanest gym with amazing workouts.
