We were forced to use Wayne and his business by the franchise system, and regret every move made. When a mistake identified, he argues, he blames, he refers you to the franchisor, who sides with him, even when against food regulations. As the approved builder, Shape does not reveal any and all rebates, including indirect rebates from sub suppliers. Wayne wont hesitate in using ridiculous tactics to do what he wants, as the franchisor is on his side, as they have a commercial relationship. Within six months of the build, we had to get one major wall re-strengthened, floor re-done a door put back up as it fell off, and all at our cost. Prior to the build Wayne is all good, at commencement it's over and it's a bad experience, then ongoing work to shoddy workmanship. If it were a house he built, it wouldve needed to be demolished.

Wayne, Mark, Chris and all were amazing. They fitted out our clinic, 500sq m, very prompt, great work, very open and receptive to work in with our designer and franchisor. Could not more highly recommend. Thanks all!
