Super impressed with the service and price I get from Andrew and the team at Pulse autos at Mermaid Beach. Nothings too much hassle and just as other reviewers have said here Andrew often ends up chcarging less than the quoted price. They also always offer great in depth and detailed description of exactly what is required before starting a job and again at completion. Can’t fault Andrew and the team. Andrew and Sean are top blokes got the job done quick and well. They needed to order parts which came in super quick and the aircon is now freezing cold, fair price, good communication and transparency throughout the quote and repair.Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have had two cars serviced by this team, the second car I took there I brought my own fuel filter end of last year to them to fit, they fitted and then I had car troubles 1 week later due to loss of fuel pressure, took to another mechanic for a check as Andrew did not want anything to do with it, this other mechanic found the fuel module assembly had been butchered and broken, took it back to Andrew where I was met with an aggressive tone and unwillingness to do anything about even though they were responsible for the problem, took car to Toyota (Real mechanics) who replaced the module and also found old module was missing an o ring seal that was never put back in. So a fuel filter change cost me just under $1000 cause of there unprofessional workmanship. Would not recommend, would 100% never use again. Young fella in shop was really nice tho, owner was just a bully.
