A special mention to Andrew, his knowledge of the finance and property investment arena allowed me to obtain finance and build a home with unparalleled forecasted growth. Absolute thieves. I have paid $3000 deposit. I was given a block of land in February, its now November and titles are still not even close to ready. I asked to be given different land. My request was completely ignored, after all the interest rates over the last year I now can no longer afford the original house plan, so had to cancel. B1 Homes had only got as far as drafting, and are refusing to return any of my deposit. I would NEVER recommend going through B1 Homes.

From the start of the process until the end this company had excellent communication and were upfront about all costs making the whole thing super easy for me as a first home buyer/builder.I built during the height of the covid restrictions/supply issues. Despite this, there were minimal delays and I was informed of the constraints throughout the whole build. Nearly a year on from moving in and the place is amazing, have had no problems at all.

I highly recommend building with B1 Homes. My experience during the hectic boom time was pleasant and I am very happy with the quality of my build. I was well looked after by my client liaison officer Debbie and supervisor Jamie, whom went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met and kept communications open and flowing. As a solo owner I felt well supported and guided throughout the timely build, receiving key handover 14 months from slab down (April 2021 - July 2022).

Karla McLean was absolutely fabulous to deal with. Very professional at all times. She said what she was going to do and followed through every time. Very easy to talk to and full of great advice. I would highly recommend Karla to anyone considering building.

Building with B1 homes during the difficulties of the pandemic was both a positive and mutually frustrating process. Whilst the original turnaround time was advised as 9 months by the salesman actually ended up being 18. However I appreciate that this timeframe was far better than many companies. I was hit with a few price increases which were somewhat expected however I would have appreciated a personalised call instead of a generic email which was sent to all B1 customers asking for payment. I would suggest communication to be improved as it was hard to find out information and I consistently had to follow up to know what was happening and when the build would progress. The quality of the build has been great so far and there have not been many issues raised at all in initial inspections. As B1 sell themselves as a first home specialist, I would suggest just being transparent about the additions a new to building owner would need to address outside of the standard costs (such as that painting walls is extra, fly screen front door is not included, fencing extensions to actually close the house from being accessed by the street are needed, and aircon upgrades so it is efficient etc etc). Looking forwards to living in my new home and have been advised that B1 can support if any issues arise which has been comforting.

The entire experience was priceless. Support and respect was given from sign up to handover. I’m so happy I chose b1 homes for my first home, after hearing all the issues with BCG it was very helpful to see the experience unfold.

We got our mortgage approved through keystart, signed all documents, got settllement doneAfter 2 weeks of settlement they said materials have gone up they want us to pay another $10,000We cannot,afford that, and I don't think that is right.B1 homes have been really good up until now we have got our slab down.They either want us to pay $10,000 or put in our own soak wells and still pay them $5000 no way, big tip off.Never again we never will use b1 homes.
