Nice big spacious store with friendly service. The burger (Simon Says) was very tasty and prepared well. These burgers are quite pricey, and then add on the 15% public holiday surcharge, and it becomes a bit too much.

Disappointing tonight as we enjoyed the meal. After eating my wife saw a staff member (wearing green t-shirt) dip a chip in a sauce tub in the food prep area and then eat it. She also noticed other staff eating chips in the food prep area. Really hope this was a one-off tonight. Some positives were the 2 girls who served us were friendly and attentive and the food tasted nice.Maybe staff need some more education on food contamination and basic hygiene.

I hadn't eaten all day and couldn't wait for my favourite Chili Addiction Burger to find I had forgotten my wallet so this Luddite had no choice, use the phone app or go without I survived my late lunch

Probably the worst grilled in Melbourne. Food is horrible ! Got off chicken once ! The smell disgusting ! Did call them and complain about it.Gave them another shot today and felt the need to post this. Just terrible quality.Soggy , cold , tasteless. Won’t be wasting myMoney there again

Ordered two mighty Melbourne burgers well done and a healthy chicken salad.Staff and customers were very friendly. The location was large. Got there about 5:00 on Saturday evening. The place quickly filled up with people. Recommend this location

Had the worst burgers here for takeaway- we ordered the bbq chicken bites, sweet chilli chicken and HFC - all the chicken were overcooked, dry and the bread was stale. It’s as if the cooks simply just gave up on food. This is stark contrast with Grill’d Southland was much better. Even the chips were under seasoned. Ordered online and didn’t receive any confirmation either.

This Grill'd venue has really captured an authentic USA diner experience.Good layout, spacious and easily accessible.Relaxing space, also with an outdoor eating area that's undercover.Gluten free-ish options, they are labelled low gluten, which is due to cross contamination, download menu for ingredient options.

Asked online under special notes that Chuck some love in it, and boy they did! Wrote a nice message on the front wishing happy birthday!Great customer service any excellent way of constructing and packing all the food!
