Absolutely appalling behaviour from the council rangers, fining parents for picking up their children, meanwhile they take up 2 parking bays and fine parents who have nowhere else to park.Fix the issue instead of revenue raising considering we pay thousands a year in rates.

Worst service and the highest rates! Couldn't have my bin lid replaced even after making 4 phone calls. And the bin was damaged by their rubbish truck driver! Rude lady on phone talking as if I am the one not doing my job! ALSO THEY DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO do THE JOB IN RETURN FOR THE HIGH RATES THEY MAKE US PAY. EMAILED TWICE WITH ADDRESS, STILL THE WEEDS ARE STANDING TALL ON THE footpath everywhere around riva ent and skeet road. Disgusting service! All they do is send an automatic reply.

The reception staff are great but the response you get from the actual services is pathetic. I am asking them to maintain my council verge which is very large and getting too much for me to look after. They send you an automated response and then you wait six weeks to get a standard reply where they obviously haven't looked at it. I asked them to inspect it which they said they would do. A month later and I am still waiting., I phoned them and was told some one would get back to me which never happened. I guess when you have no competition the tail wags the dog.

Seems further away you move from the City of Armadale the neater the environment gets, more successful sporting clubs, better run community organisations and more positive your outlook on your life becomes. Unlucky for people living in the Minnawarra ward. Rangers are absolutely useless. Any time after 4.30pm? No rangers on, rude people answer the phone and 'take notes'. Multiple times theres been stray or lost dogs wandering our street and they do NOTHING. The last half hour (normal Friday hours, its currently 4.30pm) I've been trying to to get help because a large staffy is IN OUR BACKYARD and no one will do anything. We have someone mowing our lawn so the roller door is open. Our dogs are going off and my kids are scared. This is disgusting. I'm sick of this! I've actually been told to call between business hours... like dogs keep schedules.

Piara Waters and Harrisdale have some of the highest rates in Perth. Was paying $3000+ a year to City of Armadale for land rates! These suburbs are so far from Armadale Centre we would use the services and shopping centres of City of Cockburn, City of Canning or City of Gosnells who have rates almost half the price with more services including security patrols. No idea what City of Armadale do with all the ratepayer $$. Happy I don't live there anymore.

Every issue I've had while living hear over 10 years has been dealt with promptly and professionally and always by friendly staff from rangers through to council members! Thanks guys

Useless! Absolutely useless. Bins was not collected. Called and ask as to why the delay. Spoke to a lady and she was very rude and had no clue!!!!! Other inquiries aswell no idea. How do these people get jobs in this position!? No wonder armadale is going down the drain.

This council is an absolute disgrace they never want to do anything about the council trees even if they are dangerous they are so backwards compared to other Perth councils. No green bins yet we have 1000s of leaves fall on our property everyday. Also all areas where dogs are allowed should be signed “leashed only” as so many dogs have come up to our dogs and nearly caused fights. They only care about maintaining the newer suburbs and leaving the older ones to look unappealing. I hope they change their attitude and try to make the council area better because at the moment nothing special.

It's great to see money being spent on our parks upgrading them from just open land to attractive gardens and play spaces, however, how does it make sense in this day and age to restrict access for wheelchairs in particular the very brand new park and path in Dale Rd Armadale? The mind boggles
