Ordered here for the first time tonight and all I can say is DISAPPOINTMENT!The food came 40 minutes late with no apology and it was super bland and tasted like it had just been taken out of the freezer.One of our meals came incorrectly labelled so obviously we called up to get a replacement because neither of us eat chicken and they asked US what they wanted us to do about it. The kitchen was closed so they couldn't send a replacement and we were told they wouldn't give us a refund(for their screw up).I was then put on to the manager who told us they didn't even have chicken in the kitchen at the moment...no idea why the meal was labelled chicken then and basically hung up with a very 'told you so' attitude.We will not be ordering from here ever again.

Sadly since changing owners this once great pizza restaurant is going SOUTH. Just had dinner there and was charged $9 corkage even though we don’t drink. Looking at the receipt there are many errors, wrong business telephone number, wrong date, wrong time of dining, and 3 corkage charges. We used to be very regular diners but from what we see going on we will never be back. This business needs to get its act together fast. Anyway for our family and friends, never again.

Food is good but the people taking orders are not honest about how long it will be. Always underestimate and having to wait. Be honest it is annoying.

Great pizzas, silly pricing. $26 if ordered over the phone, price list on website says $27, ordering via app $28 includes service charge for pickup.

Bad experience with Cantucci's Pizzeria.We ordered at 18:45 and we phoned at 20:05 and they said they still need 20 Minutes. It’s a shame as we like to support local business in the area.We won't be ordering from them again.

Had pizza's here for the first time tonight and they were absolutely fantastic!!! Heaps of topping, thin and crispy base and the serving size was great (definitely worth the money). Really enjoyable dinner and can't wait to go back.

The young girl waitressing was lovely, so helpful & attentive.The food was a let-down. I ordered the Mushroom Risotto & it was more like mushroom soup with undercooked rice in it, very unpleasant. My sister ordered the chicken dish & was very unimpressed. My husband said the pizza was ok - just.Way overpriced food for the standard served.Very disappointed.Would not recommend.

Terrible experience with them tonight. Having ordered delivery from them regularly with minimal issues and eating in several times. Tonight we found there customer service appalling.We ordered at 6:30 and we're told the pizzas would be delivered within an hour. We phoned at 7:40 and they said they were on the way. The pizzas still didn't come. We phoned back, they were rude and hung up the phone. Called again and the manager was extremely rude.Such a shame to have be treated like this by a local company. We won't be ordering from them again.

I have ordered from Cantucci’s around a dozen times now and they remain consistently generous with their portions and the quality of the food. It’s become a family favourite. We tend to order the veal schnitzels. We started with those and loved them so much that we haven’t had cause to change. We add a few extras (garlic bread, potato wedges) and we typically get some gelato for dessert. I’ve got an order on the way as I type this and I know it’s going to be great.
