Naughtons Pools Shepparton

We purchased a cover lift of Naughtons Spas & Pools to assist with replacing the cover on our spa after use. It is the most amazing easy apparatus to use and I can simply replace the cover by myself. Prior to having it I used to avoid using the spa purely because I found it difficult to put the cover back on, but now it is not a problem. The spa lift is easy, simple and light plus it just slides under the edge of the spa after a very quick exercise of connecting a couple of screw which I also did by myself.Thoroughly recommend buying one to make life and using the spa an enjoyable luxury. Called in but no one was there

No so happy with the service at Naughton’s in Shepparton. At the beginning of last year I approached two local pool companies. One offers to lock in the price with a view of installation being around April this year. Sadly, we elected to go with Naughton’s who provided a coating and said the site inspection would occur after winter 2022 with a view of the pool being installed i time for summer. Despite visiting Naughton’s on several occasions and sending an email that wasn’t responded too, it seems we are no closer. I called the store today and got the distinct impression that we had been lost in the system and guess what…..prices have risen significantly. I understand that we have had the flood and Covid to deal with but better communication would have been appreciated.

Naughtons have been looking after my pool servicing for the last 12 months and can not be happier with their professionalism and knowledge, i would highly recommend them for any pool and spa needs, very competitive prices also.
