What an excellent experience from the first answered call, to the finished product.Rae the locksmith was polite, well mannered, respectful....a really nice bloke.He explained everything thoroughly, asked if I needed anything clarified, and simply got on with the job.Kudos to you Smart Locksmith, and Rae. In a day and age when so many trades providers cannot be trusted, and I was sceptical about using your services, but you blew my mind.Fantastic service.Thank you!

Cut a key in 5 minutes from a lock barrel I took in, everyone else wanted to send a serviceman at $150 call out. Forgot Bunnings call these people if they are open Go.

They rang 30 mins before locksmith arrived in scheduled 1 hour window. Rae was professional and got the job done quickly. Reasonable call out fee and labour charge. I was able to pay by card on the spot. I'm a satisfied customer.
