Joshua was very professional and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Service was extremely prompt and repairs were done ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Geekmobile to any business or personal computer user.

I was so delighted with the service I received from Sean and the company as a whole, that I have spread the word among friends and advised our local community centre too; I highly recommend you! We live in a rural area and trying to find highly skilled local technical help is almost non-existent, so to receive remote assistance from Sean was fantastic! I did not contact your company to start with as, despite seeing your television advertising, was unaware this service existed. One of the ladies at our local community centre gave me the number of a 'geek' she believed may do rural visits but luckily, the number put me through directly to your main switchboard and it went from there. Simply delighted to have you at the end of the phone!

I definitely received value for money. Lucas was on time, easy to talk to, fixed my computer and let me know when the next time charging period was beginning so I could choose whether or not to extend the time. Very satisfied. A lovely young man.

Disappointing - I have used this company before for a repair and it was great. This time I needed help syncing my email to multiple devices and it just doesn't work as it should to this day. If I delete an email off one device it doesn't delete the same email from another device, just bizarre. I just deal with it but it is so annoying. However the low review is also because I called for an appointment and said I was in no rush but was told the same day Saturday was available. I said no but was assured Saturdays are the same price as a weekday. Well my bill was charged higher than my call out fee for a weekday (both 45mins) which was not long before this callout, so they basically lied to me. Disappointed all around so I will now use someone else to fix my email issue.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Matt was very adaptable with his schedule to work around us and the work was completed efficiently. I have already spoken to others about how happy we were with the service, costs and flexibility

After waiting 90 minutes. I called, all they would do is send him a message he didn't respond, they didn't know where he was or why he hadn't arrived. After waiting 3 hours I called again and still, all they would do is send him a message. Very bad service. The website claim says Your call is answered 24/7 by a real person that consults directly with techs out in the field" actually all they were prepared to do was send him a text message. They politely did NOT CARE.The company

I consider our staff advanced in Computers and we took 4 hours on the issue before deciding to call you. He found the problem in less than 1 so very impressed.

I needed to get a psu replaced on a Sunday and they advertise as open on Sunday. After 4 calls and 3 hours of waiting for no response they tell me that they can't do it till Monday. This will be the last place I would recommend calling if you have urgent computer problems.

Renato the techy was patient, knowledgeable and polite managed my needs extremely well.And was able to complete my extremely complex custom computer build.I would also say for the result in the time building the computer, he had no breaks and pushed through the job from start to finish.Really pleased with the job.Thanks geek mobile.

After our first call out our problems were still evident after he left stating all was fixed. I rang geekmobile and told them we were still having problems. I was informed that they would get the Tech to ring us and arrange to get our problem fixed, after several calls I was told that the Tech was sick and that he would arrange another Tech to fix the problem. This was arranged to be done remotely. Not being tech minded myself I went along with all the babble. I informed that there was still problems and was told that he had fixed the problem that the first tech had come out for and that I would need to pay another fee to fix other problems we had. Well after paying over two hundred dollars to get our computer fixed, It's running worse than when I called them. They did send me email asking if I was happy. I sent a negative reply and have heard no more. We are so annoyed with the service we received and warn others to be wary.Ben de Graef
