Shoes & Sox Karrinyup

Have been to this store 3 times now to purchase a pair of shoes and each time I have not acknowledged by the staff. Staff members seem completely miserable. I refuse to shop here.

Quite a lot of earlier reviews more or less mirror our experience though from the lack of response from the owner I must only presume they are not overly bothered.As a children’s shoe shop one expects the atmosphere at a bare minimum to be polite and cordial. The woman who served us on 5/3/23 was rude and created a tense and unwanted atmosphere. It is a pity because we like the shoes and it is convenient for us to use this outlet - needless to say we will be looking to alternatives.In summary - there is a serious problem with staff culture in this outlet which gives off a salty atmosphere and is extremely off putting. If you are reading this review and wondering if it’s a good option for you - maybe look elsewhere - that is of course unless you wish to teach your kids a lesson in how not to behave to others - in which case it’s perfect!

Beautiful selections of shoes. Absolutely amazing & top-notch service!! Amir was super friendly and definitely a customer service superstar. It is not often to experience this type of service these days so finding one definitely is a keeper for future shopping :)

Came in during the school holidays and the staff were flat out busy. We had to wait to be served but the service we received was definitely worth the wait. A lovely lady called Leanne sized the girls and made sure the shoes fitted. She was very friendly and knew the product very well. We will definitely be back.

We were waiting for assistance more than 15mins.Two other customers with two staff there. No greetings. I understand they are busy and finally the lady (Lee-Annie) came us and she was extremely rude and 3mins after she walked away. Why...? Even No other customer needed her help. We love shoes & sox but not karrying up shopping center. Horrible experience!*copy and paste replying from shop. But you should edit TO name. I sent the email before left review here. I haven't recieaved any reply.

Really horrible shopping experience. Staying at shop for long time. No one come to serve me. I'm trying to find a sales to help me but she just said she already with two customer can't help me at all. I understand it's busy in the shop. At least, some can say hello to me or let me wait to be served. Not just tell me I can't help you at all! Won't go back anymore.

The lovely staff member Lauren was amazing fitting my kids shoes she was so polite and kind to our family. Highly recommend going here, Thank you for the wonderful service Lauren

Hello Team shoes and sox store karrinyup shopping mall.( not myer)I am writing to you to let you know that i visited this store yesterday 16 dec 2022 , 4pm with my kids and hubby. There were 2 staff members both standing behind the counter , non of them were serving any customer but just appeared to be busy and didn't bother to attend us or another customer there around 4 pm. We kept looking for crocs and right size for our child and were not sure and went to desk twice but they just didn't seem to care and provided minimal help near to non. We purchased our shoes and left. I have never felt this disgusted by the attitude of staff ever. ( an old lady and some teeny attitude girl working around 4 pm karrinyup shopping mall shoes and sox store ( not myer)the purpose of writing this feedback is to request you to look in to this and perhaps train both these ladies about appropriate customer service and if they are not interested in their job they should be immediately stood down till they are ready for this job. Its kids shoeshop one would accept friendly staff for kids making them happy about shoes shopping.I appreciate your time taking to read thisRegardsDr Aisha Zahid

Absolutely shocking customer service in karrinyup store.Walked in no hello or anything from staff.Went to purchase some shoes for my son and stood at the till for a good 10 minutes .... my partner asked the woman if what was on the shop floor was all they had and she rudely replied yes and walked off .After standing at the till for 10 minutes the lady decided to put someone else's purchase through.Will not go to this store again . First impressions stick.
