I was so impressed, I went here for car repairs, it turned out the issue wasn't what I thought, they explained the issue thoroughly and gave good advice, didn't try to turn into a bigger job or anything like that, just friendly, honest service. Also was great being able to book online. Thanks again.

where to start - there has clearly been a change in management or change in culture at the caringbah motorserve - there is now a distinct lack of ownership and potentially gas-lighting going on.my mother - an nrma member for 50-years because she trusts" nrma had problems (for the second time) after her annual car service:>>>an engine code error / fault light came on after recent service at caringbah motorserice Dec-2022- she returned the car for the mechanic to review.- they refused to use a diagnostic tool (they were heading out on vacation at end of week).- rather they assessed and quoted > $1000 for an alternator replacement. we took car to be checked by another mechanic - absolutely nothing wrong with alternator (so as pensioner

I took my car to the Caringbah Service Centre, Christmas 2022, as I was recommended by NRMA. I have received the worse Customer Service experience imaginable. After 4 months I still have no car and keep getting messages that the car has been delayed. Speaking with the team and Management Dean has not helped only to get another message today that it has been delayed once again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY!

Prompt service on arrival, self serve coffee and seating appreciated.Whilst my estimated repair time is 117 days due to a backlog, I felt reassured to know that I have use of a very comfortable courtesy car for as long as I need. Now that's good service!

These guys did a great job on our car, but they were super accommodating when we turned up late after flying home to pick up our car. Despite it being at the back of the lot and just before closing time, they helped us get the car out and home for our first day back at work. Made all the difference - this is a great team to work with.

I have recently asked my wife to order the meals because the people taking the order for some unknown reason get it wrong. Today however, steak and turf no sauce what did I get the sauce. Other guests at the table received what they asked for. The food was good and plentiful.

I bought my new car on Oct 2022. 2 weeks after that, someone hit me from the back. I brought the car to Motorserve Caringbah because I thought it is a NRMa certified repairer. Finally, I got my car back last week after 6 months (overly delayed) for the repair with scratches everywhere, very disappointed.

Worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. Took my car in 4 months ago to get assessed and to this day I’m still waiting to hear back from them. They keep promising to call me back which never happens and any time I try to call No one in the entire place can answer a phone. Without fail I need to call 5 times. Would not recommend doing business with them or nrma. The accident wasn’t my fault and here I am almost a year after the incident still trying to get my pride and joy fixed.

Customer service is useless. Booked my car in for a service and pink slip. They did not contact me to let me know about the progress or when it would be ready. I called multiple times to try and check on my car and no one answered the phone. I finally got through to someone at 4pm, and was told my car needed new tires and and multiple other repairs. At 4pm on a Friday afternoon I had no choice but to pay their quoted prices for the tires, although I could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere.When I arrived to pick up my car at closing time, the pink slip had still not been done. There were multiple customers there still waiting for their cars. They had lost the log book for one customer and sent it home with a different customer, failed to repair the brakes for another, and told them the car “should be safe to drive until Monday”, and another customer had just turned up to pick up their car, hoping it was ready, because no one had contacted them.The explanation given to everyone was that they were busy and only one staff member was on the phones. Everyone was told to come back Monday to have their issues resolved.My car was not washed as part of the service, because again they were “too busy” and I was told to come back Monday to have it washed.Maybe book less vehicles per day if you don’t have the staff to keep up.Unfortunately Motorserve is the authorised repairer and assessor for NRMA, and when my car had to be repaired here earlier this year, the repair was delayed multiple times with no contact or explanation other than “the repairer is busy”.Take your car elsewhere.

Had a very poor customer experience with this Motorserve recently. As NRMA members we decided to try them for our Logbook service, rather than our regular mobile mechanic, as we would get a discount and they offered complimentary car wash and vacuum. What a waste of time! Firstly they're only open on week days. Then their shuttle wasn't available so we had to pay for transportation to and from to drop off our vehicle. Upon pickup it hadn't been washed or vacuumed. An absolute waste of time. We will stick to our usual friendly mobile mechanic. As a family with young kids who have to work around school/childcare drop offs only being able to get the car serviced on weekdays is ridiculous, especially when there's no shuttle or easy public transport access nearby.
