If you love pure, ancient fermented foods, kimchi, kombucha, sauerkraut, Jun, pickled daikon, kefir and like to know that artificial food additives are not to be seen, then you must visit the Fementier, who have just opened their outlet from 10 to 2.00pm Saturdays. Amazing and uniquely made foods

I totally love these sauerkrauts – with a real zing and crunchy - not sloppy like some. I'm a convert forever now. I love their kombucha too - so delicious but the best thing is the low calories – a total game changer for weight loss and a perfect alternative to alcohol.Well done The Fermentier!

Is this the greatest kimchi ever? Well I haven't tried them all but I have tried a lot and it's my pick as the best. Can't fault how great this is, I can eat it with most meals, gluten free and vegan friendly. Then there's the kombucha, water kefir is my favorite, no not a kombucha as such but still amazing. So glad I've stumbled on this place the kimchi, sour kraut and kombucha I used to consume all seem... Well... bland when compared to this. Whatever secret they use is working! Probably the fact that it's creator is a nutritionalist and dietitian. You won't regret changing to the Fermentier for sure it's an upgrade!

Absolutely love this local Sunshine Coast business and their products. I've tried all their drinks and they are delicious. I especially love the grape kombucha and the honey jun kombucha. They are quick to respond to messages and deliver locally. Really impressed and will definitely be back ordering more!
