Unlike others I have never really had a problem at this post office, there is one lady there that I am yet to see smile but the other people I get served by make up for her lack of personality ;)

I don’t think I have ever had someone be so blatantly rude towards me before. Absolutely no customer service skills between the two of them, grunting, mumbling under their breath, picked the wrong envelope and got scolded. At one point the gentlemen even rolled his eyes at me because I had to come back through the queue, like ‘not her again’. Would not recommend, left feeling very embarrassed.

Worst store I’ve ever been to. Parking ok but the staff are just unbelievable. The worst of the worst of customer service in the one location. Don’t disturb them by wanting to buy or pay for something. Still paid my parcel but honestly was just atrocious. Aussie post never read reviews all I can say is go elsewhere.

Not even deserve one star .I heard bad feedback about this post office but I choose them because very close to me.2 older lady work there they just like to send you a way.they not do they job. Very simple things . i done more than 10 times before . She’s almost one week they play with me. She just tried to not to do. Makes everything harder for me. Sold me more than 40$ packages finally they not send my things .every times she makes new Rules for me.I’m not recommended at all . Drive 10 more minutes to other locations you save your times i promise
