Went here on Wednesday. Staff are very happy and friendly. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Explained things very well and got me a refund. I was convinced I would end up with a bill this year. They are all a lovely crew and the only thing I was sorry about is the fact I had a splitting headache and may have come across as short or rude myself. Sorry people and thank you for your kindness and experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone

Visited the H&R block in falcon about a week ago and had such lovely and welcoming vibe with amazing staff. Terri mountford did an outstanding job she explained everything she was doing so clearly and made the visit pleasant and will definitely become back in the future. Have recommended to many friends.

I began using H&R Block in Falcon about 10 years ago because it was the nearest store. From the very beginning I have been treated as a valued customer. The staff have continued to be efficient, friendly & welcoming over the years & for this reason alone I would highly recommend their services.Seven years ago I moved several suburbs away, but still choose to drive 20 minutes to go back to H&R Block each year at tax time to have my expectations met with a high level of satisfaction.I look forward to seeing the team again in 20/21.RegardsJudy Cate
