Service here is very hit and miss. I drive for an hour to get to the outlet and today get a hello on my way in, then wander around for 1/2hr. Try on some items, get a are you ok on way out. Other times I’ve had a lovely experience with the sales staff. Very disappointed today

I took an interstate relative here for a browse as they are a regular purchaser of the brand. The customer service staff were lovely and there were a lot of bargains to be had! Convenient free 2 hour parking across the road.

Am starting a new job in 9 days and am used to wearing a uniform. Have now purchased all clothes for my new job plus a few going out outfits. Am so happy that I could do this in one place and also parked at the front door. Lovely and helpful staff as well.

I went alone, but it was like shopping with girlfriends! So much fun ! Staff just lovely and so helpful . Thank you all, especially Grace and Ivana. Came home with some wonderful bargains . Also, parking was super easy .I'll go again !
