Took money in 5 minutes of my call. Promised good service. Confirmed that someone will attend in few hours and then….cancelled twice. Kept us waiting for over 24 hrs and cancelled again at last minute . Staff over the phone are very abrupt, curt and unsympathetic . Clearly not trained in good customer service .Hopefully I willl get my refund!

I called Upside Down Airconditioning repairers on the Gold Coast. I requested a repairer to come to my house to quote a repair cost for my air conditioner. I completely explained it was a box unit that went into a wall. I paid $141.90 in advance on Wednesday for a repairer to call Friday between 11am 2am! No one came and I got a call at 1pm to say they were running late. He finally arrived at 3pm. He spent 3 minutes here and told me they don’t repair these units, they only replace! He the gave me an outrageous quote of $3089 to supply and install a new unit! I just got a quote from the Good Guys for $769!!!I am NOT HAPPY! Absolutely disgusting service! Took my money in advance and I got NOTHING!!!I want my money back!!
