Chris and his team have gone out of their way each and every time I have gone to them to purchased anything for my ute or even just ask for general advise on products. I even had them do all the installation work for everything ranging from my Idrive throttle controller through to the fitment of my bullbar and driving lights. Jesus christ. I simply can't believe how low quality the work was here. Their communication was terrible, paid a deposit for a job to be done and they seem to let it go for weeks without contacting me to have the job done (take the money and run almost) finally got the job done and it was pretty bad. So they put a car amplifier under a seat like any self respecting audio installer would do.. Problem is they didn't check if doing so meant the chair could no longer slide and operate and was stuck in the same position.To top it all off, the most simple thing to do- put a subwoofer in a box.. They put the thing in upside down! Logos are upside down, what the hell.. So simple! Lol omgVery expensive for a really poor job. Will be telling anyone to avoid them

Friendly staff but i was after a full suspension upgrade but all they could offer were bolt on band aids,airbags or a bolt on leaf loader thing.for a company with good feedback and recommendations I left bewildered after I asked twice is that all you can offer me

Friendly staff. Installer had specialized knowledge of the make of my vehicle. Everything went smoothly and well within the timeframes advsed. Waiting room was clean and comfortable.

I had a Pioneer headunit and subwoofer, 4 Alpine speakers, Focal Bam XXXL sound deadeners, front bumper camera, Gnet dashcams, and a light bar installed from them.Also, got the Gnet installed in my wife's car and sent my friend there to get his installed.Chris Pym the consultant and Juan the technician were great. Very friendly and professional. Work was very clean and professional. Very happy and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently decided to have Opposite Lock North Ipswich do some work to my new Everest. Wanting value for money, quality workmanship, and good aftersales if required I felt they were up to the task. Even though some of the components I requested they had not dealt with yet through their store, they were able to source and offer great pricing. The few little tweaks required after install were dealt with swiftly and professionally. I highly recommend considering them for next 4WD upgrade.

Had to return 3 times after they installed speakers into my car. Drivers side kept cutting out. Didnt go to any extra effort to rectify.Was also told they binned" my extra focal tweeter mounts(that came with the speakers) instead of leaving them in the car. Very poor customer service and installers."

Best team of professionals, Luke has trained them well to give quality details to the customers and provide professionalism throughout your experience.Communication with the customer could improve as I had to call them to ask if the job was done and car ready to pickup, would have been nice to receive a call as soon as it was done and final checks completed.
