VMCH O'Neill House
The mission of O'Neill House is apparent to everyone who visits. The staff are so caring and go above and beyond to support the resident and the resident's family. It really is the Rolls Royce of palliative care. We had so much fear about this stage of the journey for our father but the respect, care and love provided meant we could trust that his every need would be taken care of and that we would be listened to. Such an incredible experience for our family.

VMCH O'Neill House
The staff at O'Neil house provided the most loving and professional care to our mother during the final days of her time with us. We looked at a few places for Mum to stay at and O'Neil House stood out as the most bright and pleasant surrounding care unit to be a resident at. All of Mum's needs were met with care and consideration. It is hard to lose a loved one but knowing they are in the best of care makes the journey a little easier.
