We had a really great experience with CPS.Brad is very friendly and kind. Dwayne, the technician, he confirmed to me first that the service is on time. He shared information with me on the causes and best future prevention.I haven't seen any cockroaches since their service in my apartment.I would highly recommend their service to anyone that has same problem with me.

Literally the most painful business I’ve dealt with in a long time. From the constant phone calls that you’ve already answered, the no shows when you’ve booked an appointment, the incorrect billing and the failure to even simply be removed off their email mailing list. Even the operator who did turn up on the wrong day for the pest treatment said CPS don’t treat their staff well and it’s actually a mess. I’ve stopped using them now but of course they continue to ring and spam me with emails when I’ve emailed them and also called to be removed. They are a punish to deal with.

Have been using CPS for many years now. They do a great job. Dave was very helpful. He gave me good tips on how to maintain control over pests like cockroaches and brown ants coming into the house. Also the person who took the booking was very friendly and I was pleased about the inside house only price. Highly recommend CPS.

The whole process from the initial enquiry to the work being completed was a smooth and seamless process. We had Adam from CPS in Adelaide come through for a General Spray. Adam went above and beyond. He was punctual, polite and took the time to do a thorough job. He noticed that we had a couple of wasp nests hidden, and even got rid of those for us.Super happy with the service and we will be happy to recommend CPS to friends and family going forward.

I used the CPS for cockroach treatment. From the very start at the time of booking the team has been very friendly and professional. It was really easy to make the payment. The Technician Warren arrived well in time. He us very polite and absolutely an expert in his job. I have been struggling with German cockroaches in my apartment and used CPSS to get a great result. I initially did not get the results I wanted upon first service, however the team were extremely accomodating and went above and beyond to ensure the 2nd time was successful. Oliver from the team was very communicative and attentive and made sure the service ran smoothly. Dwayne, the technician, was scheduled to arrive at 7:30am in the morning. He called me at 7:15 to confirm he was on time and ready so I was not left waiting around. I have not seen any cockroaches since and am very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

I had a really great experience with CPS, we had a very bad ant problem but also needed a general bug and insect control for our house.The staff that attended our house were very friendly and enjoyed sharing information with me on the causes and best future prevention measures, so I actually found it very informative but they were also happy to let me leave them to it.The ants problem was quite intense and the ants persisted after the first callout but they came back out within the minimum wait period and apply further treatments which sorted the problem. I would use anyone else for bug or pest control services in Sydney.

This pest spray was the best spray I have ever had in my 10 years at this property. Alan, who you should personally ask for, was on time, extremely polite, he went to the trouble of educating myself in all the different types of spiders and where they live and bred, he was informative and and the nicest young man I have had the pleasure of meeting. The job he did was very thorough and I really felt we got our value for money with CPS. This company is very lucky to have someone with such great work ethic and interpersonal skills. Ben carried out work this time at our unit, did inspection thoroughly, ensured every area is covered, quite knowledgeable, informative & answered all our queries.
