It's free, lots of parking. Excellent toilet facilities, tables with shade, bins and kids play equipment. Short easy downhill walk to the George's River and Weir. Can swim at the Weir so bring your towel. Minimal rubbish here too so if you visit try to keep it that way. Excellent location so close to civilization.

Reserve is a bit isolated but has good walk towards the weir. It’s a steep descend/ascend. Sufficient parking, toilet facility and a big kids play area.

Its nice, and out of the way. Nothing wrong with it. Though at the same time its not all the great compared the Simmo's beach. Simmo's you can bring little ones. Or if you have older kids (sort of 10+ you could go here) but the other way there is a massive water hole at KentLyn which *way better*. To be honest I haven't been here to swim as I don't get much time away from my kids so I might re-assess my review after I have. The walk to KentLyn takes significantly more investment. This can be done in 7 od minutes.

A good hike with lots of stone or timber steps. The weir is flowing well but broken in parts. At the moment the track is very overgrown with long grass and bushes.
