State Swim Craigieburn

Very professional and good staff. Have been coming here over 3 years for my kids and looking forward for my son to go the Gold 400.

I have my 3 children enrolled at State Swim Craigieburn and can honestly say that we wouldn’t go anywhere else. All of the staff are great, attentive and have helped our children learn how to swim. Our eldest child has been swimming here for 5 years. We always highly recommend to all of our family and friends.

My 14 month's old enjoys so much.The instructor for water babies on Sunday @11:30 am I admire her, it's ahard job but she looks always happy and all the babies enjoys the time in pool with her.

11.00 saturday class today has 6 students instead of 4.. less attention spent on the kids

I have seen a lot of people are mentioned about rude reception staff, but I can't believe why management still don't take any action. I had expected this situation with the reception lady. She is really rude, discrimination is expressed on her face. I never recommend this place to the community who was come from a none English background. One of the teachers had looked at a very insulting expression in the pool. Please find another place this place management has a big weakness.

i don’t usually put bad reviews but for this place i just had to because i want to warn people and specially first time mums out there. we’ve had the worst experience with their manager who was also the swim instructor! and not to mention the reception staff.my son had just turned 12 months and for our first swim class ever she was expecting him to love it and jump in the pool and not cry, she was getting annoyed that he was crying and scared to go in the water. i’ve never felt that uncomfortable my whole life because how my son was behaving was totally normal i mean he’s a baby, babies cry over anything and everything sometimes and the manager made me feel as it wasn’t normal for my son to cry.honestly just don’t waste your money, i go somewhere else now and he was so happy from day one.

people who answer the phone if you are lucky, are so rude at this centre. Even if you provide any feedback it will be of no use as they sound confident that nothing will happen to their job.
