ACT Remedial Therapy Massage

The staff are friendly and very professional. I always leave feeling a million dollars.

I called ahead to ensure they accepted my private health so I was eligible for a rebate but I later found out through my private health the senior therapist is no longer an approved therapist! Concerning as to why and to add to my frustrations I had 2 massages before finding out because the receptionist instructed me to claim back online myself when the machine “wasn’t working”. The lady on reception then admitted they knew all along, hence why my card wasn’t working! They missed 3 opportunities to tell me, and also despite assuring me they’d look into it and get back to me I’ve heard nothing (I’ve followed up twice). On top of this I was not advised of the pre-massage prep before my first appt despite stating exactly what massage I was having, this usually meant I couldn’t proceed but they did anyway so likely reduced the effectiveness of my massage. Ps if the idea of a massage is to relax and recover, maybe have a practice that doesn’t cause more worries and frustrations for your patients?

I had a remedial massage with Nikky on Sunday for a long term back problem. This was the best remedial massage that I have had for years, even though she got in deep, it was a very caring and considerate massage. I had no problems booking myself in for a follow up appointment. Do yourself a favor and give Nikky a try.

I booked for a 30 minute remedial massage with Ivy for a painful neck and shoulder. The booking process was easy to do online. Receptionist was polite and helpful. Ivy was amazing with the massage she gave me. I instantly felt better. All other staff at the place were smiling and welcoming. This will be my go-to massage centre from now on. Give it a try. You will not regret it.

Massage thereapists amazing, venue management poor.I selected this venue after reading reviews and skill sets of therapists. The therapist I selected was unavailable at an alternative practice so I booked with ACT remedial. I have attended 5 sessions with the therapist working to improve my body, mixing in exercise and Chiropractor. I turned up to my 2 hour appointment today to find they had booked me with a new therapist, what area would you like me to focus on" I left as the therapist I had been seeing and booked with was unavailable. I was refunded but now am left without my progress. Very disappointed. I was offered to rebook
