Medium sized Coles within a smallish older style shopping centre. Probably would meet the demands of locals and visitors, though.

Today I went shopping I had this staff her name is Editha ,there's no smile on her face no greetings act really racist phillipino girl after she served me there's was 2 ladies behind me Australian's she greeted them and asking about there day and talking and laughing, that time I felt like returning all the items I bought from her I just controlled myself I'm but going to let her serve me in future she should not be there there's no diversity very shameful need to train the staff how to serve

This would have to be one of the worst coles stores in nsw. We live locally and the lack of stock and slowness in restocking is terrible. They regularly run low or completely out of some staples, the lack of options in some food lines is atrocious. In general it looks like no one cares about store in general. I realise that this is an old store but really???? Coles lift your game at the entrance ,just because you have a monopoly in the suburb it doesn't mean you can treat your customers like rubbish.

Alicia is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Alicia was friendly, knowledgeable and was committed to helping me get the product I needed.I will be shoping here regularly thanks to Alicia and her team. I would give Alicia 100 stars if the option was available.This is a great store with ample parking and easy access for anyone with mobility issues.

With a lot of old people in the town why do Coles charge a trolley fee for small shopping trolleys ? NEVER enough staff for holiday times when EXTRA busy.

I asked Eliza (who was packing shelves) to check for stock out the back and she refused and told me to go to another store. It is such rude service at the shop, the shelves are never filled - not worth ever going to this shop.
