Mel and her team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The communication, service, and timeliness were better than any agency I've dealt with so far.We applied and paid a holding deposit for a property, but our circumstances changed before we could pay the bond and we had to withdraw our application. But even so, the team have treated us with the utmost understanding and professionalism. We'll definitely be looking to work with Atlas in future once we get things sorted!
