My husband and I attended a weekend course with Alana and we are so glad that we did! She instantly made us feel relaxed and welcomed. This course feels like the most important investment we have made to prepare for the birth of our baby. I am feeling so prepared, excited and confident approaching my birth and couldn't have felt this way without Alanas guidance.The course was informative, fun and shines a whole nother light on what your birth can be.It was great to meet other like minded Mummas too.My husband has a very analytical mind and is not what you would call the hypnobirthing type but he was really happy he did the course and suprised at how much he enjoyed and learned from it. He feels really prepared and has drawn alot of confidence in knowing his role and how he can help in the birth.

My hubby and I spent the weekend being taught and educated on how to incorporate the hypnobirthing method into welcoming our bub into the world…I went to school with Alana and feel so lucky to have been following her on her hypnobirthing/Yoga fb page so I become familiar with this method and the course she offered to educate new Mummas and papas-to-be.Alana has such a calm and nurturing presence, she is so easy to listen too and learn from, it’s so lovely to learn from someone who is so genuinely passionate about birth, womens health and educating couples on how birth can be… Fearless and beautiful.Birth is hard, so it was a no brainer for me to make the investment to get some training and education to try and make it the most positive experience especially when it comes to meeting our precious little miracle.Hubby and I both feel like we are alittle better equipped to advocate for ourselves on our birth preferences, My hubby has a better understanding on how he may be able to manage his emotions and be the amazing support person I know he will be..And I feel better educated on what questions to ask my care providers to ensure I receive care how I wish to be cared for…Alana is highly trained and educated and I 1,000,000% recommend her, she offers her hypnobirthing workshops but also is a prenatal Yoga specialist. Check her out Mummas and Papas, everyone’s journey is different but is something that I will certainly treasure and put into practise for mine ❤️❤️❤️

Our Hypnobirthing weekend with Alana was so rich and rewarding. As a person who works in the baby space and likes to read and research I had alot of knowledge that I wanted my partner to understand. This course did just that. It was wonderful to see him get so involved and excited and see all the other men getting involved really helps normalise men being an active part of the process as it is sadly still undervalued in our society in my opinion.I learnt so much and will continue to learn through my pregnancy with all the online materials as there are sooo many important points to revisit and consolidate, so it's great to have that ongoing online package.Alana herself is real, raw, fresh and honest and brings a gentle ease and flow to the topics with lots of real world and first hand experience of her own.I highly recommend this birth education. As they say you wouldn't run a marathon and not prepare. Birth is a sacred time, worthy of investment. Happy birthing!

Alana's Hypnobirthing training is excellent. Both my husband and I really enjoyed it, learnt a lot and found it greatly beneficial in our preparation. I found the balance of science behind the mechanics of birth, and a more holistic view of health really helpful. I also found Alana's calm and non-judgemental approach to discussing all the options when a birth doesn't go to plan helpful as well. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed Alana’s Hypnobirthing workshop held in Cairns over the weekend. It was extremely informative, wholesome and after the two days my partner and I both feel a lot more prepared to welcome our baby into the world. The workshop gave us so many tools to use and afterwards we spent quite a lot of time talking about which ones we liked best that were beneficial to the path we are taking.Thank you again Alana, highly recommend this course to anyone who is needing more clarity or guidance for their journey!
