It's not KFC. But I'm glad they offer some fried chicken options. My experiences with customer service have been good and the food was tasty.

Esperance fast food is struggling, Red Rooster is no exception. Quality staff is hard to find, especially while rent prices are so high and study options are so low.

Staff are good, especially cause they're all kids holding it together, food is Red Rooster. Pretty good speed of service but it can get really busy.

We couldn't believe how the young staff were behaving whilst trying to place an order.It's a shame that the manager was not able to witness them.They obviously have not had any training or social skills on what is appropriate in a workplace.We left as there were limited options left to order due the lack of communication between the team that were on shift.Not a great advertisement for this franchise in Esperance.

We brouggt the deep fried chicken for dinner. The chicken was cooked to an inch of its saleability and served with cold chips. I was told we needed to wait 20 minutes as the chicken was being cooked which I was fine with as I thought we'd get nice juicy chicken. What we got was dry and over cooked.

This place is the pits. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life . Staff were rude and had no idea what was going on. Personally sore atleast 4 other people walk out annoyed and had t even ordered. This franchise is destined to go broke based on what I saw today. Everyone in that store needs a good deal more training and a few shouldn’t even be there . Not recommended at all
