Recycling employees are helpful, and always smiling. The large building is relatively clean. Driveways in and out are good and wide. And cashier is happy and helpful.

Arrived well before closing 3.05pm and was told they are closed because staff have to leave at 3.30pm on the dot. What rubbish customer service!

some staff are lazy, always leave the machine to run by itself. Sometime machine was stocking or delaying but no one come to fix it, i have to wait 10-15 mininutes for staff back.However some good as some bad either, quick service .

My mum went there on saturday and arrived at 12.29pm with 2 cars behind her, they had closed the gate and the guy who came over advised her that they have to be closed and the alarms on at 1pm and was actually very inconsiderate and rude to her. Please tell me on your website where it states you close the gates 30 minutes prior to your close of buisness hours at 1pm? Clearly they didn't want to do anymore work and turned away 3 people. I get it i am in customer service and when i close at 5pm i want to leave on time but if my customers are late or come alittle after trading hours of course im going to assist them its just common decency. Either update your hours or simply let people come in as per the trading hours advised.

Great service. So quick and easy. Why would you want to stand at a machine feeding the containers in individually when you can just tip them all in together and let the automated machine do the sorting for you.Friendly helpful staff on site to assist.

Quick and easy automatic container return. Staff very helpful. Just tip all your eligible containers into the drum and it does all the sorting. Then you get given a ticket with your total and you head out to the cashiers window for your cash. Cashier was very friendly and cheerful.All up we were there for about 10 minutes for a very full trailer of bottles and cans a d came out with a bit of holiday spending money. Worth the trip
