Beautifully renovated! Mr Frank Gallagher said he had many happy memories from when it was originally running decades ago, and will love to come back over to Waubra for a meal in the near future.

Great pub, booked for Mothers Day, and we had a great afternoon. Meals were great, especially the gnocci, my daughter said it's the best she has ever had. All of the staff were professional, obliging, and friendly. We will return.

Had a mothers Day lunch in the long room. The food was delicious. The venison was lovely along with the chicken parma. Good to see it open and promoting new life in the town! Ensure you book a table if you are in a group as it was busy while we were there!

Just had dinner at the springs. I had the venison. Was beautiful. Service lovely. Grace our waitress excellent. Kodah was attentive and provided excellent service. Thanks guys

The food and drinks were great, the service was great and the environment was really comfortable and inviting.A short drive from Ballarat on route to Avoca well worth the visit.
